Brought my vintage wool oriental rug in for a cleaning and repairs due to moth damage. Bottom line: their prices are very reasonable and the team did a great job with the repairs.
Their shop is wonderful with an interesting, eclectic mix of beautiful rugs, antiques and art. I got to watch one of the employees working on repairs to a rug, which put my mind at ease as far as leaving my rug with them. Everything is done by hand and they have a remarkable knack for matching colors.
The owner is so friendly and helpful. You definitely get the red carpet treatment here! He made sure to walk me through what they were going to do to ensure I was comfortable with it. When I went to pick up my rug, he unrolled it to make sure I was happy with the repairs. I was initially puzzled, as it wasn’t immediately apparent to me which side was repaired!

Juan was exceptional in his help with sorting out our rug problems. We moved here and unknowingly our expensive rugs wouldn’t fit any of the rooms. They came out and helped measure different rooms and came up with a plan to recut and repurpose the rugs. Some are now long runners for the hallways and they cleaned them too. Excellent service HIGHLY recommend!

This rug was everything that I’d hope it would be. It brought the whole house together. Very thick and comfortable. Clean, new and fresh. The colors pop. All my guests love it too! Very very satisfied here. Also. The gentlemen I spoke to was extremely great with communication the entire way. It was shipped promptly and received quickly. This is probably the best rug buying experience I’ve had. Worth the investment.
